- Orders for Online and Digital Manuals are available immediately after purchase at no cost.
- If you have chosen a tracked service, details will be sent to you after purchase via email.
- Processing time varies depending on fulfillment type.
- Processing & Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
- 2nd Day and Overnight services are not available for APO and PO boxes.
- Shipping rates reflect the size and weight of our manuals and books.
- Tax is not included in the options shown below.
- Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Haynes is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. For assistance with a delayed shipment, please contact us at service.na@haynes.com and we will do our best to help.
How We Fulfill Your Order
We fulfill printed manual orders through three channels depending on availability:
- Our warehouse - the fastest option. Most orders ship from our own facility. Processing time is 1-2 Business days.
- A third-party print partner - for titles that are printed to order, or when our warehouse inventory is temporarily unavailable. Print-to-order fulfillment adds production time before shipping. Processing time is 5-6 Business days to print your manual.
- Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) - for select titles, we store inventory at Amazon fulfillment centers. Orders fulfilled this way ship via Amazon's network; you will receive a Haynes order confirmation with a tracking link that connects to Amazon's tracking page. Processing time is 1-2 Business days.
Each product page displays the expected fulfillment method at the time you browse. In rare cases, your order may be fulfilled through an alternate channel if inventory changes between the time you order and the time we ship. Where this happens, we will always route your order through the fastest available method rather than hold it for a backorder. You will be notified of your fulfillment method and tracking details once your order ships.

International shipping is currently available for warehouse-fulfilled orders only.
Returns & Refunds
Haynes handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making things right for our customers. We stand behind our products.
If you have an issue with a product purchased from us, please contact us in writing at service.na@haynes.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.
Printed manuals must be returned in good condition with no writing, stains, or damage, and shipped back to us at your own cost.
Print-to-order titles listed as such on the product page at the time of purchase are non-refundable. See more here. If you have a quality issue with a print-to-order product, please contact service.na@haynes.com and our team will advise on next steps.
If a refund is issued for a Haynes online/digital product, you will no longer have access to your Haynes online/digital manual.
You will be issued a full refund of your purchase (minus cost of the original shipping should this apply) within a week of approval. However, Haynes cannot be responsible for delays by your banking institution regarding a refund to your credit card as that is out of our control.
Any online manual codes purchased at a retailer or other (non-Haynes) online merchant and redeemed on the Haynes site cannot be refunded by us and must be returned to the original place of purchase with your receipt.
All products sold as 'Print-to-Order' are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have any queries or quality issues, please contact our customer service team at service.na@haynes.com who will be able to advise further.
